Lightway Solar America to supply 16.6MW photovoltaic panels for US, European projects

CTBR Staff Writer Published 15 November 2012

Lightway Solar America has signed an agreement with Premier Power Renewable Energy to supply 16.6MW solar panels for the latter’s projects currently underway in US and Europe.

The delivery of solar panels is scheduled to begin immediately and will continue through 2013.

Commenting on the supply agreement Lightway Solar America senior director William Sien remarked that the agreement reflects the company's strategic partnerships.

"A critical aspect of creating a sustainable growth model for Lightway Solar is the development of strategic relationships with multi-dimensional players that do not have over-dependence on any one particular market or rely on one particular area of expertise," said Sien

Premier Power CEO Francesco Marangon added, "As a fully integrated project developer and builder that accepts full responsibility of the engineering, procurement and construction of a project in the United States and Europe, we understand that our investors view quality and bankability of the solar panels as key components."
